Calves that are fed pasteurized milk, rather than raw milk, die within 60 days. The pasteurizing process kills important enzymes and reduces the vitamin content by over 50%. It also kills the friendly bacteria which holds the putrefactive bacteria in check.
Homogenizing milk has been linked to hardening of the arteries and heart disease. It causes the fat molecules to be greatly reduced in size, allowing them to pass through the intestinal wall and into the bloodstream.
Excessive intake of animal protein increases the need for calcium to neutralize the acid produced in its digestion. Our bones are broken down to free up calcium to neutralize this acid. Thus, drinking processed milk destroys bone density in the course of its digestion.
People on high protein diets excrete between 90 - 100 mg. of calcium a day.
